The Bears of Central Florida reserves the right to add, change, or cancel scheduled activities due to inclement weather, insufficient participation, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If insufficient participation for an Optional Day Trip has occurred by September 25, 2010 the event will be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you.
Due to the expense of advance purchase items and the processing of registrations, refunds will only be issued if submitted IN WRITING (to the mailing address listed below) and must be postmarked NO LATER THAN by October 1, 2010. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2010.
A $20 processing fee will be
deducted
from any refund issued.
If you choose to make your payment via PayPal a receipt will be e-mailed to your PayPal e-mail address. We recommend that you make at least 2 copies of this receipt, one for your records and one to bring with you to Bear Bust registration.
We use Paypal as our our online payment processor. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and echecks. If you are not yet registered with Paypal, you can do so here.
Attention existing Paypal account holders:Please have your Paypal password handy. If you have forgotten it, please go to Paypal's password request form first to reset it. This page will remain open while you visit the PayPal site to reset your password.
